About us
Young Filmmakers of Thailand was formed by a group of new generation of short film directors in Thailand in 2007 before being registered as a Public Benefit Organization where we actively encourage new generations of young media makers through workshops, networking and film festivals for over a decade while gathering 3,600 members on the online platform.
Leading to the intention of developing the organization to be sustainable. Fongmek Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 to promote new media works to drive social issues such as equality, education, health, youth empowerment and social participation, which we aim to become a social enterprise in the future.

Contributing to the SDGs
We recognize the challenges facing everyone around the world, including economic, social and environmental issues. We also work together with our networks to promote sustainable development by merging the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with our strategy through innovation and technology. We, as a media organization working with creative solutions to solve social problems
focus on 8 goals, which are Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 5: Gender Equality, Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
